The customer service was poor. I was disappointed since that was my 3rd time using this location within 3months. The person serving me was making the simplest task complicated. I don't and pray I never have to use that sight again. Left a real bad taste in my mouth.KIMBERLY P.

We were late to pick up (I accidentally rolled back the time an hour) before finalizing the rental. Thankfully, the van was still there. My spouse said that pick up was easy and quick, instructions for returning were clear and easy. The van had 1400 miles on it! Brand new, in great condition and smooth, for a moving van, anyway! So I have a communication complaint which isn't specific to this location. Yes I should have read the entire confirmation email top to bottom. However my account has been active for some time, so you know that I've rented from UHaul before. There is a large change with that process and that should be highlighted, either by noting that at the top of the email or a separate email stating â€œOur process has changed.â€ I have rented many times before and did not have to bring my passport or provide a backup contact that would be called right then when picking up. I understand the new process now, but it would have been really helpful to call out much more clearly that it was a new process. Particularly given I have rented from you guys multiple times, so I thought I knew the drill. Thank you.Kathryn N.
The dolly in my truck was broken. We needed it and tried to use it. when we returned the truck and told the man it was broken and unusable he asked " Oh did you have the dolly with the broken welds? We expect a credit for the DOLLY THAT WAS NOT USABLEBrian R.

Driver's side windshield wiper was broken and needed replacement (had to return for replacement wiper), broke again during trip. No windshield washer fluid for a 1600+ mile drive in Spring time with lots of kamikaze bugs was not ideal. Site did not provide lock and did not inform me I had to purchase a lock to secure my items.John B.

Was overcharged! Took possession of the truck in took a picture of the odometer At rental time 9:25 a.m. March 6th 2021, Odometer reads 121.808, Return vehicle with 121857, But somehow charge for a 107 miles! Again I have photographic evidence that is date and time stamped, I have evidence Of the documental agreement Being printed out only minutes earlier... Every time I have used u-haul I have had a problem, If I don't get my money returned to my card immediately I will be going to Small claims court, Better Business Bureau, Facebook, Yelp, etc...MICHAEL G.
