Super nice people, but a real low-income area, pickup location pretty rough, looked deserted. The couple were very friendly and had the truck and trailer ready and waiting, fully fueled. Issued no paperwork for the trip as she did it all on phone. Might have been tricky if I got pulled over with no paperwork at all. Real nice people but place was really run down.
