I called the phone # to the O'Fallen location, no one answered & I left a message. I still have not received a return call. I was able to resolve the issue myself, but I was disappointed about not receiving a return call. I liked the staff & the assistance they provided when I picking up the equipment.

DANIEL APersonnel were friendly but was just told to drive it around back and unhook it and I was good to go. Was not asked it I needed assistance or if I knew how to unhook it or backing into the spot. Not all renter are capable of these tasks.

Portia SApparently no one checked the tires on the trailer when it was returned, and the trailer was rented to me with not one but two tires showing metal treads. Did not realize this until a blow out occurred and left me on the highway. Waited 1.5 hours for roadside assistance, only for him to discover the tire on the other side in the same poor condition. He did not have a second tire. Called back into roadside assistance and waited another 1.5 hours for a second tire. Obviously condition nor safety matter to this location as this trailer was not roadworthy.
