Truck cab stank of cigarettes, was covered in dirt, had dog hair in the seats, and the windows were filthy. The back also smelled of manure. Also (I blame u-haul for this not montego bay hardware) why would you let me schedule the pickup for 8 if they don't open until 9? If you told me 9 in the first place that's fine, but I don't want to drive all the way out there with the "surprise" of having to wait another hourThomas F.

The truck itself rode well, I'm 6'3" and could have used a bit more leg room but overall, a good ride. When I picked up the truck, it was dirty inside, specifically someone had spilled a sticky drink inside. I cleaned up most of it around the drivers area and middle console but there was still more on the floor between the seats. The inside had obviously not been sanitized. I might have expected given COVID that a better job would have been done. There was also a small crack in the windshield (drivers side) but did not obstruct my view.MICHAEL B.

The only thing bad about this was I didn't know that I had to drive my truck and leave it in the back of the building until after the fact. I went into the hardware store to find out where the key box was and one of the employees took the key and said he would relocate the key to the dropbox it's in the back. I don't believe there's anything on your app that says the truck Hass to be returned to the back that would be helpful going forward.james O.
This was not the original location I had reserved. When I went to the location I had reserved on line, I learned that while I had a reservation and there were vehicles on the lot, their wasn't inventory to satisfy my reservation. In other words, the reservation meant nothing. I was redirected by U-haul to a location about 7 miles away who fortunately had a vehicle I could rent. Good news is this only delayed my move by about an hour and I received a $50 credit from Uhaul. Bad news is (according to the Uhaul rep) there is a problem with the website making reservations. Other bad news is, I can't rely on Uhaul for a future reservation if the reservation can't be honored. Disappointing and concerning on my future use of Uhaul. I will need reassurance from Uhaul that this problem has been fixed.kris K.

Both rear wheels had dangerously low air pressure.43lbs for left and right was 45. Sunoco manager where I had air put in said I was lucky the truck didn't roll over. I immediately returned the truck when the light came on and was told the warning light would go off as soon as the tires heated up. That did not happen. I had to put air in. Seats were covered in dog hair. I had to use tape to clean off the hair which did not vacuum off. This delayed my start. I have a very strong allergy to dog hair and this would be a 3 hour ride each way so I had to clean it. No one went over the basics about the truck such as how to adjust the mirrors etc; just takes a couple of minutes. They did show me how to calculate how much gas to put in when I returned the truck. Location is the one benefit for me. No alternatives nearby.richard P.

I chose to have a contact less pickup yet when I went to pick up my truck the website said I needed to go in. I was greeted by staff who didn't even initially acknowledge me and then the man actually kept pulling his bandana down off his mouth to talk! when i walked in it was told they where about to give me rental away bc my reservation was for 12:00 and I did not get there till 1:00. i did not know I have to arrive ar scheduled time. Why should U haul care when i arrive , you had my Credit card if I chose not to show up charge my card. Employees in store are very nasty.michael L.
The vehicle was disgusting. Customer before clearly smoked in the cab. I also found a cigarette but in the bay area. Cab had dog/animal hair everywhere. 3 plus hours I drove with smoke smell and dog hair. I left the drop off location a note about the vehicle (I also noted the condition on the text app when I received the vehicle. The drop off location called and was very professional and apologized for the condition of the vehicle. She noted that the vehicle should not have been in the condition in which I received it and she inspected it herself and was surprised the pick up location rented it without cleaning itMark D.
Fix / repair the dash lights so someone can tell what speed they are traveling at night. The only illumination on the dash was the odometer and gear selection indicator. All other gauges were not visible.James S.

Ensure vehicle is safe to drive before customer pick-up. Noted concerns after pick up with damaged windshield wipers and tires less than desirable thread depth (tires were bald with no thread on top). Other than that, very pleased with the service and vehicle. Very reasonable costs.Kenneth D.
