The vehicle was poorly maintained. The seats had multiple stains on them. wanted to empty a can of Lysol but I felt I would be charged for it

Just used night drop, didn't talk to anyone or go inside.
Derek FAll the rules I understand to protect your investment .. but the language is harsh and once you're desperately trying not to leave a scuff mark- it kind of takes away from the value of the service being provided. I understand people will always mess stuff up, but most people are just trying their best to function in this society
Kaela FThe experience with the app and the reservation system was a nightmare. Moved my pick up location without telling me, after I picked the location based on availability of the truck. Had not “scheduled” the reservation before I arrived to pick the truck up. Had to wait for 1-1/2 hours to get my truck which I reserved via the app days before!
Bruce DThey ripped us off, we had a short move , a grand total of 14.5 miles, I put 3.5 gallons if gas in the truck before I returned it which cost $14 and they charged us $11 more for gas......so $25 in gas to use the for 14.5 miles.....skip this place and go somewhere else.
