Pls have hand trucks and furniture dolly’s pls they come in handy makes the move so much easier especially if you have stairs you have to move up and down

Both Uhaul sites had great customer service,, we were above satisfied with our move, the truck and the gentleman who made us feel safe and secure with their trucks
STEPHANIE SI had the problem when I went to return the Uhaul the people in Harpersville Alabama that I could not return it there but I had a legal contract to return their I really want my money to me no one was there when I return and they was extremely rude

jigneshkumar pThe truck was absolutely disgusting. It smelled like cigarette smoke, had cigarette ashes in the cup holders, the drivers window was cracked so the door was filled with water. The back of the truck was full of dirt and leaves so we had to clean out the truck before we could even use it. The truck was not cleaned at all the floorboards, windows and literally everything was nasty. Not to mention the man who worked there was rude and didn't care that the truck was dirty before handing it off to us. We will never use this location again.
