They lied and stated I returned the vehicle in late and charged me for gas. I only used vehicle for 5 hours, NOT over 24 hours and tank was filled, thank God that I took pictures of tank before leaving, upon return. Those proof of photos got me a refund within hours.

Honestly, I am very dissatisfied with my whole experience. This is not the first time I used U-Haul, but I can say that the next time I want to move I will take other Companies into consideration. Shape up or lose clients, at this stage of the game your business shouldn’t play it easy ,as competition is coming up
