Tony was great with his customer service skills. He carefully took time to explain me the best possible ways to use the vehicle. I am glad I tried this place and this will be my go to place if I have to order next time

Una C.Rented their 15 ft truck for Saturday Aug 26th for 11 hrs during those hrs it rained quite a bit for a brief period of time the truck was parked and closed up and the cab of the truck had water in certain spots that leaked thru from top of truck near the back of the cab and unfortunately my mattress got water damaged and some of my boxes that were sitting in there were wet too...my friend who drove the vehicle said the brakes didn't feel to well maintained had to push pedal all the way down to floor for it to brake properly. Better care and maintenance needed on that vehicle....a little disappointing about the water damage to my personal items. However the gentleman at the store who processed us at the beginning was nice to deal with. We dropped truck off after hrs so could not discuss these problems with him.
