U-Haul booked this location for 8:30 pick up, even though store opens at 9am. Store employee arrived late at 9:17am, and didn't know how to use reservation system. Had to wait until after 10am to get my equipment. Did not provide blankets which I was charged for. Truck being late cost even more money because my movers were unable to load truck. Had to book movers for a second shift, delaying move process by 6 hours. Moving experience was horrible due to Uhaul booking system error, location of pickup being unable to do their part correctly, making the whole experience awful. I would not use U-Haul again, nor recommended anyone else to.
MRKUS PThey gave the truck to me without showing whether it was clean or gas was at the kevel they claim it to be. I returned and i saw extra 75 dollars charge. They didn’t check upon my return. They simply said they will do it themselves. Today, i went in to ask about if there was any issue but they seem not to care. The gentleman doesn’t understand English and says “talk to U Haul”.
