The van wasn't clean. However, the representatives were very nice. If someone local needed a van the parking is easy.
Gwendolyn MProprietor is just not friendly. Seemed annoyed with me being there. The inside of the windshield was so dirty. I could barely see when the sun was setting. The rest of the vehicle was very clean.

Ryan TI think the concept of mobile checkout is good but I think it could use some improvement. The app had difficulty registering my ID and the camera on the app only focuses with a pretty far distance from the object you need to take a picture of. I think this led to the first picture not being usable for the system. Also, the verification of driver with a different phone or contact should explicitly let the renter know that they will be contacting them, but maybe I missed that. I think the app should let someone know that the estimated time to get the rental may take 10-30 minutes or some range of expectation. I also was unaware at first that it was required to have the app in order to do mobile check out.
