I am still currently trying to get my issue resolved. 4 days after I returned my truck to the same location I checked it out from and returning it 2 hours before it was even due I get a call asking why I haven't returned the truck. My account has been overcharged by almost $200. I feel scammed, I feel record keeping is horrible for this location. I am besides myself with frustration. Very very poor remarks from me and I'm getting ready to take this to social media with my thousands of followers. What was supposed to be an easy and convenient location for me to use a truck for a few miles for two days to transport items for my daughters wedding to lake mary has become a nightmare.
