Everything worked out soo smoothly! Thank you for making it really easy and intuitive. The online check-in and check-out process were incredibly efficient. The only thing I can see going wrong is someone showing up to the location and not having cell service for some reason, but I guess that probably wouldn't happen in a city. I also think that U-Haul should send another email after check-in to prompt for the check-out process. I had to search through emails and look at the very bottom of each email to find the link to the check-out process. Thank you!!Mary Bryan B.

Your online system, your app, and your in-store systems were all not working properly. I never could get the app to work; it would freeze up and get stuck. Also, the website would freeze up. When I made it to the center before they closed, I abandoned your app and website. The man behind the counter even had to restart his process two or three times before it would work. Location does not open until 9am despite having selected a pickup time earlier in the morning. Both 10' trucks that were available had significant maintenance errors (no ABS and a low tire) that had to be dealt with to get a truck that day.
