Truck was covered in what appeared to be blood and I found an empty vodka bottle behind the driver's seat. I was charged triple the miles I actualy drove the truck and no one from this location is answering the phone or opening the locked door during buisiness hours. Please contact me.

This was an awful experience. Nothing more than an abandoned parking lot in a potentially dangerous area. No personnel, no instructions on what to do, spotty cell service so online check in was difficult.

David CThe guys at ALJ were very friendly and helpful. Even though their location was closed for business that day, they let me drop off the U-Haul. Drop off of the truck was very easy.
JOHN GI was told we would get a discount because we needed the truck during the holiday and it was not our fault the company was closed. Their word wasn't kept. disappointed
