I prepaid $110, with a 0,49 a mile if I went over for a van rental going over 100 miles. I was told to turn the keys into the gas station staff working at night and not to self return. When my husband tried to do that, the guy refused the keys and charged him another fee of $77. I drove by the next day where the U-Haul/mechanic assured me the charged from last night would drop off. It hasn't. I now have a charge for 187 on my card and he's telling me it's not his problem Andi have to call U-Haul to get it fixed. Will not use again.

manuel A.I called to find receipt for amount charged. Did not know he had emailed me a copy until he told me. In the mean time he was not very nice. As if I was questioning his bill. I merely needed a copy for my boss to get my money back. He could have been nicer. Will use another one next time.
Todd P.Previous person had the induce smell so nasty had to keep air on at all times to try to not smell it. Nothing looked clean enough. My clothes got dirty just sitting in the truck. The passenger seat belt is stuck on the head rest. Could not get it off at all. Was stopped to many times over something I couldn't control. No licence plate in front
