Location was a little hard to get truck out of. Food trucks customers next to building were parking their cars behind the U-Haul trucks so had to wait to retrieve truck.

Check the vehicle back n while the customers standing there
Shariah WNo reflection on the attendant. Waited an extended period to get checked in and pick up equipment. Couldn’t get website to load. When she was able to access the reservation had to repeat a lot of information that had already been loaded initially. Was very nice and helpful. Just not a timely efficient process.

Rovan SIt was closest to me but when I arrived it was locked. The team was actually driving my rental vehicle to the location. They arrived about 30 minutes after I got there.
