first off my drop off location was not suppose to be here! this area was in a very bad place gaint pot holes and shady neighborhood, No one there to help not sure if i will ever use uhaul again. for poor customer service Why you sent me a email with my requisted drop off and then you sent me a text with this drop location whitch was very inconveint for me. NOT HAPPY

I had trouble with the lock to get the key and it being cold outside but that was probably user error. Rather than that everything was smooth sailing.

pat kThe only issue was that the location was not notified. When we showed up he cc was not there for obvious reasons. We got luck and someone walked by who knew him and gave us his number. He walked us through it seamlessly.
