No drop box to return the keys. I called customer service to see if I could leave keys inside a locked truck and they said no. When I called the drop off place and spoke to the U Haul rep, she told me that I could have left them in the locked truck. Anyway, I had to drive 50 miles to return the keys. The only good thing about this was U Haul gave me gas money. If you don't have a drop off lock box I suggest you don't have customers drop their truck off at that location.

Abdiel SI was told by the man in the office that "they don't do u-hauls here" He seemed confused and alarmed that I was dropping my truck off here, even after I confirmed the address in my confirmation. This struck me as odd considering the U-HAUL sign on the side of the building. However, he took the keys and told me it was fine if I left the moving truck there. I just thought you should know there seems to be a misunderstanding with this location, as they feel they are not responsible for u-haul returns.
Peter VNo one was there at drop off time, even though we were told there would be a person physically there. No drop box to drop off keys. Site was gated and completely locked up. We had to call customer service for directions from field manager.
