This neighborhood location made it easier for me. Everything was pretty smooth. Make sure you take pics of any truck before you use it. Owner was not aware of certain issues my truck had.

The person was only helpful when telling me where to park the truck. He asked for the keys and that was all, I asked if I needed to do anything else and he said "no". The young men did not asked me if I completed all the steps need it on the website or app before handing the keys. It was my first time renti g a uhaul and I didnt know there was a list of things with pictures to be submitted on the uhaul app before handing the keys of the truck, which like I mentioned before. I was asked aboit it.
carlos mI reserved a truck, I ordered a hand truck and furniture pads. I got the truck but not the equipment. I had a reservation time of 9 a,m. and the pick up point did not open until 10 a.m. Their hours were clearly posted on the front door, so I cannot fault them.
