JACOB NI specifically asked for a counter pick up with a person to speak with. I did not get that. There was nobody on site to guide me through the pick up process and no one to ask questions. I had to pick up the truck from some place out of the way from where I originally scheduled. The place did not seem safe at all, there were homeless people and drug needles on the ground around this area. And I had to call someone for a code to get the keys to the truck. I will not use U-Haul again.
