Moved my location pick up to a much more challenging pickup location and all I got was a auto-text that went right to spam. Very poor communication. Second location dinged us a cleaning fee which was total bs as we swept before returning the vehicle. I'll be looking for a different rental service in the future.

Place was closed and then we were charged an extra day because we didn't know if we could leave the trailer there with no one there to help us. We parked it a little late because of trying to figure that out.

Abraham DThe pick up location was good but the representative at 1-800 - was pushy and wanted me to not ask too many questions. He even said he was super busy. I make a quick decision that made me drive miles out of the way and ended up costing me more than expected. I regretted my decision.
