I would recommend this location to a friend but not for the mobile option. The process was not very efficient and took me almost 25 minutes over my starting reservation time. The mobile experience needs some serious fine tuning.

Fatima was a very pleasant and professional
Genevia LI reserved a self pick up time with a dolly and pads. Upon arrival, the app did not have any pick up option to engage in, after calling customer service they had to reconfigure the reservation to allow the self pick up. Once we finally got the lock box code, there was No Keys in it; customer service then provided us with a different lock box code, that one had the keys for a different truck we ended up taking 1.5 hours later. Furthermore, the store had not prepared the dolly nor the pads for us so we didn’t have either. Terrible experience.
