Clean the inside of the vehicle. Disinfect the inside of the vehicle. There were leaves in back and receipts under the passenger seat.

The location was fine except that it was about 20 miles away from Beaumont where I had reserved a truck for pick up over 2 weeks earlier. Terribly inconvenient!! But the gentleman running the place was very nice.

My experience was horrible! I was charged for a dolly and furniture padding which wasn't even on my U-Haul. Then I waited at my location for over 2 hours for my truck due to an error on U-Haul.

Great customer service! Only one recommendation though, the office needs to be re-decorated with Dallas Cowboys memorabilia not Pittsburgh Steelers and definitely not the Philadelphia Eagles. Lol. All kidding aside, these guys run a great business. I will use them again and highly recommend them to others. Keep up the good work!

Put all equipment that was paid in rental contract in the truck. Paid for a dolly and get to the house no dolly in truck, manager was in office when I return the truck to adjust the bill
