I arrived 15 minutes before my scheduled pick up time and received my truck 30 minutes after my pick up time. The customer service was poor, and I was being asked questions that I had already filled out online like "Do you want the protection plan?" "How many miles are you driving?" "What equipment do you want?". I don't know why I filled out an info form at that point. I couldn't really understand what he was saying and it sounded like he could care less about being there or helping me out. I ordered a dolly online to assist my move and when I opened the truck, there was none. I was worried about being late so I tried to call him given the number that was supplied on the UHAUL website, but it was disconnected. My experience dealing with UHAUL was very easy and straightforward, I had to reach out to UHAUL in order to reach the business I had rented from, so my experience dealing with UHAUL was very positive, however I would NEVER recommend anyone pick up from this location - I felt as if I had to do his job for him.

The truck was full of roaches.
KENDRIS LOPEZThe drop off location key box was taped shut and had a sign posted on it saying "not an overnight drop off location, if you drop off truck after hours you will be charged extra, no 20" 26" trucks, no trailers". The drop off location was in a plaza that did not appear safe. The employees at the store saw me trying to drop it off, looked at me, did not care, and got in their car and left.
Austin MaguraThe truck was missing a gas cap and the check engine light was on. The cab had to trash in it from a previous renter.
Timothy TurkI was charged a gas fee for a truck I picked up at a quarter tank and returned at a quarter tank. Pictures available for proof. when I called the store they act like they don't know why I was double charged and transfer me to U-Haul customer service where I have to wait for a case to be opened and wait up towards 10 days for refund. I tried calling the store back to explain the situation which they should have already known since they were the ones that charges me and no one picked up.
