The driver cabin was very dirty, this is not acceptable in times of Covid...When I checked out and was asked by the app if the truck is ready for the next family, I said no, but this resulted only in an extra cleaning fee of 25 USD, even though I kept it as clean as possible under this circumstances...there were even used tissues on the floor Of the cabin...I also had a problem when checking out to upload the photo of the mileage, but the service representative just connected me to a phone line where no-one was working...

Trailer and Towing Supplies
After being sent to this location from the original reservation location, it took over 30 minutes for this location to locate the keys for the vehicle we were renting. This was in addition to the 20 minutes we waited at the first location and a 25 minute drive to this location.
The truck I was initially assigned was double booked for someone else. Even though I arrived first, they ended up getting their key before me. It took awhile to get another truck and thankfully there was one left.
Please donâ€™t overload the lot so trucks get buried when people come get them, I had to wait for an attendant to unbury it, which ate into the time I had paid for. My truck also had less than 1/4 tank of gas when I began my rental, which I then had to refill before leaving. This meant that because I was pre-filling instead of re-filling I overestimated how much gas I should put in to the tank. I will not get that money back. It is important that the truck I am paying for be ready in every sense of the word when I arrive to pick it up.
The lot was a mess. Trucks blocking other trucks, confusion, chaos. I understand that we are all in a tough spot and doing our best right now, but I'm sure there were people who couldn't access their trucks, or had no option for where to park when returning the truck.
Not five stars only because the new software for checking out the truck using a mobile device did not work smoothly, could not find my reservation, quoted the wrong price, and finally forced us to cancel and start over. Matt, the manager, was very patient and helpful -- no complaints at all with him. Covid made it all much more stressful.
more communication in e-mails about pass offs with keys and what not. Other than that- incredibly friendly staff, timely, effective. INCREDIBLE price.
It took forever to get the 24/7 checkout/in process to work. Would have rather just done it at the location. Wonâ€™t use that again.
i waited at the door while the attendant fiddled around inside. i was supposed to do an online check-in but was unaware of that so i waited and waited... the attendant never did come out to tell me what i should do... it took and service station attendant to tell me the U-Haul attendant would not come out (due to the virus)... i finally figured out that i had to do an online check-in.
They changed pickup location to a crappy pickup place for me and didn't get in touch with me to let me know.. Have rental available where customer needs. Call to make sure customer knows that location has changed
Instead of dropping of the keys in the lockbox, it would be more appropriate that an attendant receive the vehicle and verify the fuel level so that there aren't any discrepancies. This happened to me even though I returned the vehicle during regular business hours (just after 2:30pm).

Uhaul customer service that I called (1800 ) is worst if seen. It took of an hour to do the self check in to leave I had to get the key from the front desk. After confirmed my truck at one location I received a call saying I need to go to a different location. The scheduling manager I was forwarded to was awful. You guys suck and surprised you're still in business.
Customer did not leave a comment.
Not happy with the $20 charge returned vehicle same day less than 8hrs.
Website did not function for truck pickup by mobile device. This created aggravation and wasted time.
The young man at the counter was very nice but the truck had 1/8 of a tank of gas when I picked it up, it was raining and the windshield wipers were toast, and there was a dick drawn on the side of the truck
We rented a van. It was easy to handle and the windshield wipers were great. Drove about 200 miles on 11 gallons of gas. Kenny and the other staff were very courteous and helpful.
My reservation wasn't processed and my reservation got changed. The online platform wouldn't work, would not let me check the truck back in. Not the shop's fault, I dont think.

Less the location and more issue with availability. I booked the truck for a certain amount of time based on a given location. When the pickup location was changed, it resulted in additional drive time increasing fuel and rental expenses.
Trailer had an issue with the camber/adjustment of the tandem axels which made the trailer hard to handle. Trailer had new tires which, in hindsight, makes me wonder if they replaced a tire worn down due to misalignment instead of fixing the problem .
No one else there and it took them 35 minutes to get the truck ready. I returned the truck two hours early (while they were open) and they back logged time to charge me â€œafter hoursâ€ fee.
the reviews on this location are BAD! i almost cancelled my reservation. but the guy there was friendly, informative and helpful. i donâ€™t remember his name, but he was a younger, taller, slim, black man. the first van was filthy but the associate changed the van to a different one so i wouldnâ€™t get charged for the cleanliness of that van. and the van that i ended up with needed an oil change and had the oil change display constantly showing in the info window blocking the mileage.
Iâ€™m super upset right now! The employees at the 76 location went out of their way several times to tell me I could NOT drop off the truck there. I understand they do not work for uhaul and I never asked them for help. There was no available parking. When I called the tv hwy location to ask why the store here keeps telling me I canâ€™t drop it off and the tv hwy location said I had a paid for one way and I had to bring it back to Beaverton. I pointed out it said MLK on the paper they printed out. And he put me on hold and said ok I could drop it off at MLK but at 9am the next day. I explained this place had a drop off and he said okay I can do it but thereâ€™s a 20$ convenience fee. I clearly stated this process is not convenient in any way. I spent another 10min going thru the drop off process online. I can only imagine the addtl fees I am about to invite for whatever reasons. I was excited about moving and this has completely ruined our families day, uhaul experience, and moving experience. I rated the tv hwy location poorly bc when I called them for assistance, it was not very helpful and I was given misinformation a few times.
