Explaining upfront that not all U-Haul trucks are for one-way trips, would help customers understand there is limited access to such vehicles and that the size ofvehicle requested may not be available on the exact day request requested.
AMANDA BI can’t comment on the drop off location and interaction as there was no one there (they return January 6th). I was told to drop the trailer there because the original location (2218 S NICHOLSON ST PRINCE GEORGE, BC V2N1V8) I was sent to was full (piled up snow was taking room up in the parking area). They were very helpful arranging an alternate drop location.
