You need to call your customers when something has to change. When I showed up at my initial pickup location, the truck was not there. Arrival scheduled for 5 am. Street was closed off in both directions a half mile for ongoing construction that predated Oct 8. Nothing wrong with the pick up location, but my first pick up was cancelled due to the location not having a record of my pick up on their logs which caused them to reject the truck I was going to pick up. That first location was a 45 minute drive for me and was a last minute change from my preferred pickup location.
