I had a disappointing experience with this U-Haul location. I reserved a pickup for 8:30 AM, but the U-Haul counter person didn't arrive until 9:10 AM. Another customer who had reserved a vehicle at 8:00 AM had already been waiting for over an hour. There was no apology or explanation for the delay-just poor customer service. The staff member was abrupt, impolite, and used an accusatory tone, acting as if he was bossing customers around rather than helping them. Not sure why they think they can operate with such an attitude, but it's definitely not worth giving them my business again.

My experience at this site was disappointing due to the staff’s unprofessional behavior. The representative was rude and did not properly explain anything about the vehicle or the rental process from the start. During drop-off, he repeatedly made me walk back to the vehicle to check the meter reading, fuel level, etc., while addressing me in a disrespectful manner. His rude approach ultimately forced me to raise my voice. This entire experience added unnecessary stress to my move and made the process very unpleasant
