Pick up was easy. Process was easy. I think the only feedback is to have employees who are actually kind and act professional… drop off was awkward. The guy at the computer was fine, but the guy behind him, slouched, very disheveled, staring at me, blank face, and didn't respond when I asked him a question. As if I interrupted something and he was mad, as he waited for me to leave. Very strange

Robert S.I went to drop off the truck no one was there door locked this was at 2:00pm. I went and picked up my car came back door still locked no one there this was around 3:20pm so I used the app to return the truck the when I received my bill I was charged $20 for after hour drop off. I have requested a refund of my $20.00.
