The young man who hooked up the trailer should have realized the hitch needed to be reversed. It was not put on properly in Laurel but he should have known it was sitting to low even before the trailer was loaded. I took it back to Laurel and they quickly reversed the hitch. the confirmation email told me to go to the wrong place; no one called me the night before; the pickup location was closed; the customer service line never got around to me; the chat line required me to provide a second contact which was the first time I was aware of that requirement; the approval issued from the chat line did not indicate which of the numerous lockboxes was the one w/ the key for my truckChuck F.
The location where I was confirmed delivery of my vehicle did not have the vehicle and sent me to this location several miles away. When I arrived there was no one at the business. I had to call two numbers and never got an answer but left messages. A representative did show up and got us checked out eventually. The vehicle provided was dirty in the cab and in the box. Additionally, the vehicle is out of balance. At highway speeds the wheel and cab shook violently. It was a very long and difficult four and a half hour drive due to continuous and harsh cavitation.ROBERT R.

John is the best UHaul agent that I have ever encountered. He was patient and thorough in explaining the rental agreement. He had everything covered in explaining what I needed and what would not be useful for my trip. You need more UHaul agents like United Shipping Services.Robert H.

When I called U-haul I was told the location was open. Not so. Make the check-in process smoother. I tried to check in at home. However, I kept receiving an error message on the website. I don't recall receiving clear instructions (creating an account and downloading the app) for checking in. Also the rep Delfin stressed that I was wearing sunglasses and insisted I removed corrected lenses for the headshot. I took several acceptable pics of myself and driver's license. It wasn't until I called U-Haul, after trying to check in for 45 minutes, that I received decent customer service. Once I got inside the rental it was filthy. The truck was not cleaned for a rental and don't look like had it been cleaned for some time. This location has to do better. I do apologize for not checking in when I returned the rental. I took a pic of the odometer and gas gauge and thought I could upload it on the app. Now I know it has to be a live pic.latonya A.

I made arrangements to pick up the truck before store hours. I ordered several dollies and they were not in the truck when I picked it up. I had to go to another U-Hual location later in the day to get one dolly (I ordered three).Brent O.

because i did not stay to check out the man there said he would check me out later then call me with a high payment.we only went 2 to 3 miles the most i was later charged for 10.32 for over the mileage and 8.00 for something else i should have not let them check me out later never again to any body who would use this u-haul please be very very careful and if they tell you good to go tell ,them i would like for you to check it out now with me because they have your credit card and charged you a higher payment. i would never use this one again. and they no what they were doing. they have done this type of stuff beforeChester P.
The customer service at this location was awesome. I only needed a car tow dolly for a few hours (not a big dollar rental), yet the guy was incredibly helpful and attentive. He really took his time with me and ensured everything was safe and functioning perfectly. This U-Haul location is certainly my first stop before any others in the future.Jonathan F.

Hass to be one of the most inconvenient experiences ever. I rented the truck and was told to go in to pick up my keys. The location was closed due to an emergency. I was forced to take the next truck higher and to pay more money because of the inconvenience. On top of that the automatic feature Where I can use my phone to open the truck did not work because the code the company gave me was wrong. I was standing outside in the cold giving two entities a telephone call. There are the owner of the location should have called the main U-Haul to let them know not to send anyone to the location and also they need to work on making sure the right information exists so customers are not embarrassed and standing in parking lots looking like they don't know what they're doinggerald W.
