Cell service wasn't great outside but once I stepped inside the building the app picked up my location better.

Clair M.I put more gas I the truck than what was in it. The worker told me I would be charged 12,5 for gas. I questioned it and she told me I had to call uhaul. There was a 1/2 tank when I got it. I have a pic of the gas Guage and it is well over 1/2 tank when I turned in. I should have not been charged for gas.
Melissa M.The employee was rude, never wants to hook up trailers , I am disabled and cannot do it. They don't want it dropped off after 5 even if we get help to unhook it . We use it only because it is convenient.
