I was supposed to be contacted the day before the pickup before 5pm, i had to call, then i was told that the only 15’ truck was rented until 9am next day when i had it reserved to pickup at 8 am, they changed the pickup time for 9:15 which made me lose time and money just for that, i got there at 9:10 and the employee told me that he was expecting me at 8:00, there’s no communication between them in that place, the employee apologized for the situation and was very nice and was able to deal with the situation very well.

CINTHIA RThe morning of pickup I was informed via text that my location for pickup changed. When I went to pickup the car dolly the wires were cut, no running lights (obviously no one inspects when it’s returned) and the fenders were loose, rubbing on the tires. Fenders were worn all the way through, could have potentially sliced a tire. Also, had to be dropped off at this location, wouldn’t let me use my original location.
Derek sService was great. He hooked up the trailer and explained in detail everything I needed to know.
