Did not have the blankets (12) that I ordered at time of pickup. I had already gotten home when I realized that they hadn't put the blankets in the truck. I noted that they closed at 5pm and hurried back to get the blankets. When I returned at 4:25pm they were already closed and I caught the last employee closing up. I inquired about the missing blankets and he gave me what he could find, approx. 6 blankets. He was going to get his boss to refund for the missing blankets but it didn't happen. On the other hand Aaron at the drop off location was the real trooper here.Scott C.

There wasn't anything wrong with this location. The issue lies in the online servicing and billing. We were told that we would be charged $142 after we added a day we were told the new amount would be around $195 after insurance + $40 day rate. After the contract was closed, they over charged us at $240 and charged us for the original amount of $142. So we were double charged and incorrectly charged. On top of that, the phone lines are always busy and no one is ever available to take our call to resolve the issue. I don't think this is necessarily a front line worker issue. This is an internal issue that should be solved from upper management. Shame on you guys. Please call me to correct this concern.RACHEL B.
It was fine, they were closed but the guy on the phone number on the front door answered quickly and made drop off very easy. The 4 star rating was just due to a lot of homeless/druggies hanging out around the parking lot area and I had my young son with me. Nothing that was your fault.Ryan B.

It took me about 5 hours to get me on my way from the time that I picked up my original dolly to the time I had the actual one that I ended up with. What was a one day task turned into a two day ordeal that cost me lots of time and money. Next time I will think twice before I think about renting from u haul.HORACIO G.

Had to have roadside assistance because truck wouldn't start after trying for more than 90 minutes. Luckily, I had already off-loaded and was ready to take it back .Tech came and it started right up. This location was amazing. No issues at all and the staff were friendly. Though I didn't have any issues with this location I did have issues with the location I came to prior to this one. I only came to this location due to the location where I originally reserved in advanced being overbooked and having no other available options. If it was not for this location I would have been unable to move which would have completely ruined my day.JASMYNE N.
I had a reservation for Monday, February 1, 7:00am. My pick up location was changed on Jan 31, to a location 17 miles away at 8:00am. I received a confirmation phone call at 7:30 am. I arrived at 8:05. I was sent to another location due to internet being down. The next location was unable to fulfill the reservation. I was sent to a third location, where I was able to obtain a truck. I was 20 miles from my home. You shouldn't have to go through four uhaul locations. JSWolvertonJANINE W.
