The truck sounded like it was ready to fall apart. We were charged for blankets we never ordered or used and we were suppose to be refunded but never received refund for blankets not taken. Looks like they refunded cash to someone else as we paid by credit card not cash. Would not use that place again.WILLIAMGEORGE M.
There was some stuff left from the previous customer in the truck I had. The empty bottles of soda, some food bags and oily finger prints on the passenger chair. It would be perfect if truck can be evaluated better during the return process and then cleaned prior to next rent. Rather then that my experience was very positive. This dealer had no help, I waited after food lottery tickets were sold 30 to 45 minutes , brung trailer back, parked trailer in a muddy wet area, no definite indication where anything need to be parked, attendant came outside and said I made a mistake to where I parked it I did not make a mistake the person made a mistake by not having designated areas for their equipment no I would not recommend this place at all ever to anyone. Tow dolly Safety chains had no hooks. I wrote it on my review. Next weekend, I reserved a dolly at a different location. My reservation was changed to this location and I got the same unfixed dolly. Also, I went through the whole prepay and check-in online, only to have the location cancel it and make me wait while they re-entered it and charge me more than the prepaid total!CHADH Q.

First off they rent me a van with a broken windshield, cracked up mirrors, the van only had a 1/4 tank of gas, I bring it back with less than a quart tank about $8.50 of gas and they charge me $30 fee to take the vehicle next door to the gas station not even 50 yards from where I reacted the vehicle, hells no I wouldn't recommend that place to anybody it's a convenient store ! It's probably a good idea to clean the trucks between customers considering the country is still trying to get Covid-19 under control. The truck I rented was beyond filthy. The process of picking up the truck was such a headache. It was as if the staff was doing this for the first time. Talked to uhaul customer service representative to make reservations. I was advised that they this location accepts either cash, debit and credit. Once I arrived on that the location on time to pick up the toy dolly, the person behind the desk said he doesn't accept cash. This is problem because cash payments is accepted that is clearly stated on the rental policy laminated on the desk at the store and online. This was a hassle.WARRENTHOMAS LEE S.
