Mixed review. Had booked a different type of vehicle (van) and was switched unexpectedly to a truck that was located in a different location from the original reservation. Did not realize this until I went to the location and they told me I was in the wrong place. I did receive a text from UHaul with the new location but had not seen it. A person had called me that morning to confirm the time for pick up but did not share that the vehicle type or location was changing and failed to see the text that was sent afterwards. in the end, the truck was suitable for the plans we had for the day and it worked out ok. Also was saved by a customer service person that I called from the market after having issues with the self checkout. She was great and able to walk me through the steps to get the key.
