Everything went fine with the rental.
Cynthia E.When arriving and walking to the front entrance two employees was smoking cigarettes outside. I told them I had a drop off and I wanted a refund I didn't go over them miles too much. Both employees said they don't do refunds. I replied yes you do on a cash deposit. So when it was time to submit zip code. I kindly asked the lady to show me to verify more than once.
