I would suggest making the area where you are dropping and picking up the vehicle more presentable. It was dark with a single light right up next to the woods. Trim the trees. Add a better light.

Cargo van was dirty (food and bandaids on floor of cab). We were delayed 30 minutes when attempting to pick up the rental because the keys weren't in the correct lock box. Wasn't easy getting a hold of the staff to sort this out.
