The gentleman at the counter was very friendly and personable, but didn't seem to know too much about the U-Haul pricing structure. I was initially quoted approximately $50 dollars with with the online reservation, but when it came time to pre pay the associate, he told me $119!! How the hell was it suddenly so expensive? I told him that didn't seem right, so he gave me a very watered down summary of the charges and it didn't add up. He was charging me both insurances which I declined online, and I think was trying to charge me an overnight fee when I only need the van for 2 hours to return at 5:00 pm. He still couldn't provide me an exact reason why it was more than double the online quote. He yielded on the price after more pressing, and it was finally down to $60 because supposedly he could not remove the $10 insurance option. I certainly won't ever go back to this location for rentals again.
