I called uhaul and made a reservation for a truck for one hour, even though I said one hour three times she booked it for two. I guess she was thinking smart just in case . The location that the company resides inside of an desolate sketchy trashy hotel makes me want to borrow a truck from someone else or buy one of my own. When arriving and following the limited signs down the halls, I entered a room that looked deserted. I found a woman who was sitting and wasn't able to hear me because she was fixated on her phone. She was nice and pleasant rough around the edges with the burping, but she gave me the truck key. I arrived at the truck took pics of the outside, opened the back and it was filled with blankets just thrown in there and a dolly. I was not able to load anything in it. My daughter father put these items in the truck beside us, we were in a hurry . I took the truck loaded my items and dropped them off and was back before the hour. I picked it up at 2 and was back before 3 and I only went 8 miles. I know this because the man who checked in the truck told me and I appreciate his honesty, and he thanked me for my business .ASHESRENEE ILANA D.

Clean the truck, replace the rude Uhaul rep that seemed irritated that I disrupted game time on her phone with someone that gives a damn.Jennifer G.
The original truck had a â€œcheck engineâ€ light and the person completing the contract appeared as if was an inconvenience for her to change truck. The contract was not changed as she only provided a different set of keys. I ordered moving blankets x 2 dozen and she reported they only had a few which I was directed to a closet where the blankets were dirty and piled on floor and I was asked to â€œpick out 12â€. The truck I did get was completely out of alignment as it pulled to the left and had to struggle while driving to keep it straight. The truck did not have dash lights and was not able to determine my speed nor see any of the other information on the dash after dark while driving due to this issue. The truck did not have taillights and I was only informed of this when I was driving to return the truck at 9:30 pm after driving over 35 miles in the dark with no taillights and the person following me informed me when I got back to the return location. I contacted the uhaul office where I rented the truck and the person stated â€œwell I don't know what you did but those were working and no one else reported a problem with the lights.â€ This indicated that again it was my responsibility - same as the first truck having a check engine light and was inconvenience for me to inform them of the issues. They provided absolutely unprofessional and horrendous customer service, which is not the experience I have previously experienced thru uhaul. This was truly a very disappointing and stressful experience and will not use uhaul agin nor recommend due to this experience â€” specifically from this franchise location.Jaren L.

Building was disgusting. Very dirty and trashy. There were signs posted everywhere to wear a mask. The lady who worked for uhaul had NO mask on. We're in a pandemic and you expect everyone to wear one but you're not. The uhaul was dirty.Kayla V.

The attendant was rude...taking a personal phone call in the middle of my transaction. Very unprofessional. The driver's seat in the truck I was given was stuck in one position...as far back as it would go...the lever to move it forward was broken. I immediately went back to the office and the attendant had locked the door and wouldn't answer. I had to put a stack of moving blankets behind me to drive. When I returned the truck at 4:30 pm...the attendant was flying out of the parking lot in her car and nearly hit me.JANEROBINSON M.
No one was working so we had to drop the keys in a box. I was able to contact a person to instruct us to do so. At least that was helpful. It was odd leaving the truck and putting the keys in a drop box.Susan J.
The gentleman running the place stated he was physically unable to help with the trailer. As I backed my car up, he picked up the trailer bringing it closer to the car. Hit out bumper, scratched our car, then told me I backed into the trailer. Who in their right mind picks up a trailer and brings it towards the vehicle when they are supposed to be directing the person backing up? In addition the location is terrible, dirty, and unsafe.ADAM H.

The customer service was awful. I sat there while she handle business that didn't pertain to the job she was getting paid for. The office was trash but this particular location was the ONLY ONE that had the size truck I needed. I paid for a piece that I didn't get until after the time I had scheduled to return the truck. I called several times and they â€œdidn't have itâ€ but I decided to pop up just to check and someone â€œhad just dropped one off and she was going to Call me after she ateâ€. However the customer service rep joule was GREAT he helped me in so many ways! Including returning the truck because the site was down.SHANIQUASHAQUILL W.
Have help available to get trailer set-up... tonged hitch not working properly. Expected to hook up with trailer on slope. Inside trailer was dirty. I cleaned and left it better than I found it. Overall not a good experience.Steven V.
By some computer error they lost my reservation, BUT Joann switched a later reservation to make sure I got the 6x12 landscape style I needed. She was excellent! The trailer however had not been cleaned from a mulching & roofing debris job. I picked up nearly 100 roofing nails and it took me better than 1/2 hours to clean it out for a household items move. The trailer itself was excellent quality and performed flawlessly. Well worth the money.GEOFFREYA S.

Unfortunately this location is in a run-down section of an old hotel that frequently houses the homeless. The individuals that operate the location also operate a taxi business. I made the mistake of taking my children inside with me. Once inside, The building wreaked of urine, there were no lights in the hallway and only sparse lighting in the office. Had I not yelled â€œhelloâ€ once inside the room/office, I never would've known I was in the right place. On the way out, my children remarked that they didn't want to come back with me because the place was too â€œcreepyâ€. If I ever need to rent a uhaul again, under no circumstances will I be visiting this location.NATHANR B.
This is not where the drop off was supposed to have been. However, having been refused at the first location on Valley Ave., this proprietor directed us to this location. No one was present. We called the uhaul contact number on the door of the facility and it was answered "Red's Taxi". He stated that he was busy and wouldn't be able to check us in today, and to just drop it off and he would check it in, in the next morning. We pride ourselves in returning rented items clean and undamaged. Without having this verified by a Uhaul representative, is not good, for both us and your business. Also, had we been any older that we are, we wouldn't have been able to disconnect the trailer from our vehicle. We will leave a separate feedback for the original dropoff point.Janet C.
