Try to provide the trailer at the location that it was first reserved at. I got a call the day before that I had to go another location which was not very convenient for me. I had no issues with the location itself and the staff there was very helpful, I just wish I could have picked it up closer to where I was going to be, like I had reserved.
PAUL MBetter information in regards to truck availability. I went to the wrong place where they had no truck at all. I had a confirmation number but it didn't exist. I was finally directed here and everything went fantastic.
BARBARA PThe air conditioning was broken in the truck and it needed a new muffler. It was very loud.
DONNA DI would not because upon returning he tried to charge me extra mileage that I didn’t use. Only drove one round trip and not any more than that. 13 miles each direction and I paid for 30 miles. He then tore the zip tie off of the dolly and tried to say we used it. My 24 year old daughter saw him rip it off. He then proceeded to throw his device and talked extremely rudely to me. I did tell him he did t need to be so rude. I would never recommend this location to anyone due to the horrible attitude the man had and how angry he was that he had to work and had customers
