JOSEPH PThe communication between the customer service and the location was bad. The location contacted yourncustomer service to inform them the key was ready for mobile pick up, so the agent decided to call me and inform me that they could.not reach the location and that i need to go to Orleans get the truck. So i called the location myself and inquired about it and he told.me that the keys are ready for the pick up in the box. And than he called the customer service and they sent me the update email that it was OK to pick up from.Rockland. the location in Rockland is great and conveneinet but the 2 agentd eho contacted me from.customer service do no know what they are doing obviously
