ummm stop trying to steal from them by charging them for bogus mileage and fees...like I was
joshua C.I was told 24 hours in advance that I would not be getting the sized truck I had reserved and was informed that U-Haul had confirmed with me 48 hours before then that it was acceptable. That confirmation never took place. My pickup time was also during when the location was closed and that was never conveyed to me as the pick up location was not my preferred option but the email still said I could pick up at 9 though the location was closed until 10. The staff on site were extremely helpful and nice, I just think some miscommunication happened between them and U-Haul.
