I had to download the app in order to complete my return. The website would not allow me to send my location and I was on hold for over 20 minutes with customer service. I finally used my data to do a download for the app and had my return done in less than five minutes. This needs to be fixed.

There was an issue with the equipment that I was unable to resolve with the location. U-Haul customer service did great helping as much as they could.
Had choose to do counter check in when arrived no one there note in door to call it went straight to voicemail had to call uhaul to change to mobile Check in . When I returned no where to park truck called left message no one even bothered to call me back either time . They need to learn how to run a business and Customer service . I will be calling another company next time
The woman working the desk named Elva was absolutely awful. She was rude to me and other customers there. She was late, wouldnâ€™t answer her phone, and extremely rude. We werenâ€™t the only ones there that encountered her attitude

I showed up at 10am to pick up my truck. When I logged in to start the process, it took 20 minutes for my rental to â€œbe approvedâ€ before I could even start picking up the truck. As a result, it took me over 30 minutes to pick up the truck while I had people waiting for me. Also, not happy with the recent addition of .79/mile. Never had to pay for mileage with U-Haul before.

The desk attendant is racist, ride and disrespectful. She refused to help us and called us from her cell phone to collect our credit card information.

This was my first time using the mobile option and I had problems. When I called the phone number listed I got one of the rudest persons Iâ€™ve ever heard. Sounded like I was more than bothering her. Got the feeling she didnâ€™t care about customer service. I think Iâ€™ve figured out how to do your mobile check in and return so I wonâ€™t bother your employees again.
Other reviews were mixed but I was using the app to pick up the truck so I thought "That stuff doesn't really apply to me. I'm sure it will be fine." I picked up the truck Saturday and knew the office would be closed. The back still had a small amount of trash in it, there was an extra dolly we didn't rent, and the one we did rent was the wrong kind. The furniture mats weren't folded and I was afraid we'd be charged for them but we weren't. We just had minor inconveniences but no big deal. The whole thing took about 30 min which was longer than I expected, but it's not the fault of the location. We returned the truck on Monday when the office was supposed to be open. We mistakenly followed the truck return checklist instead of the link to actually return the truck so my husband had already turned the keys into the lock box when we realized we would need the odometer reading which is digital and only comes on when the truck is on. There was a note on the door to call or text if we needed help, so we did and received a text a little later that said no one would be in until 4:30 pm. It was 10 am. After several calls to Uhaul and text messages to the number on the door we were assured we wouldn't be charged extra and it would be taken care of. I've had companies screw me over plenty of times before so I was sure there'd be something on our bill we would need to dispute, but luckily that didn't happen. Overall I would say if you're on a time crunch or need specific equipment go to a different location.
Ensure the equipment, both cab and bed are cleared of any trash or debris before use by next customer.
Air conditioning did not work on the truck
The equipment portion was excellent. Never saw a live person.
My experience at this location was very complimentary. I can't speak of any problems that could be improved on. I would definitely recommend this location

Not overcharge customers with hidden unspecified fees
If the personnel checking us out would just stop talking about her personal life and quit complaining about â€œthe corporate people at Uhaulâ€ and stop talking about where the previous customers are headed to, then the service would be more efficient. Booked a truck for 9am, got there on time. There was someone ahead. Understandable, right? But to have the rented vehicle on our hand after about 1.5 hours is BAD service. It was our moving day!! We had movers wait while she runs her mouth. I politely tried to tell her I already checked in online because we have movers paid by the hour and are now waiting. Did not make a difference. As a matter of fact, she said she has to do it all over again. The truck was clean and in good condition - the experience could have been better.
It was a very nice experience
When I rented the truck it had a little over 1/8 fuel. I used it for 15.5 miles and I put 4 gallons of gas. I returned it with a 1/4 tank and the lady gave me a hard time at check in. I also found a small bag of marijuana in the truck. Very very small bag. I showed it to the lady at check in and her response was. "That's nothing" it's legal in most states. It was appalling. I told her I wanted to inform her because I didn't want uhaul to think it was mine. It was in the truck when I rented it. She wouldn't even take it and throw it away. Sadly it was a bad experience for me. The truck worked fine
Not just this location, but would like all UHaul locations to wash the inside windows, especially the main windshield. The film is unsafe and the glare makes it hard to drive safe.
Renting anything from Uhaul has become a joke. This is the second time in a row that we needed to rent something and the first, or second location didn't have what we rented. And the promise of $50 if that happens isn't real. It isn't the locations fault at all. It's the terrible system! And when I say terrible I mean it. Last week when we were trying to get a moving truck to move into our home it took hours and multiple different locations calling to say that they didn't have what the call center said they did. Returning it was just as complicated. I'm about done renting anything from Uhaul.
Can't think of anything that could have made the experience any better!
