They set up the wrong truck & made me change my reservation. Nobody was available to help me once we got there & it took us 45 minutes to get out on the road. Not a fun time.

I will always pick the Rushville location if I have to rent a uhaul. Jenny is by far the best, and always works with you to make sure you are 100 % satisfied with your equipment! Highly recommended.
