Great experience
Christine PI had booked my U Haul order at the Devon Storage at 4111 Marconi Ave - The agent never showed up even though the truck was there and available.- office was locked. After waiting 1/2 hr. for the agent to show up......I had to get on the phone at the last minute (with movers en-route to my storage unit) to book a 10 ft. truck at the very last minute. Tony was right on top of it and I got it booked quickly when I arrived - friendly and helpful. It all went very smoothly and I was only 10 min. late to meet the movers. The truck was dirty from being outside (and last minute too) with no washer fluid in the tank to clean the windows. I missed not having a ramp on the back - sure would have been easier loading.
