Equipment was ready when I arrived. The UHaul staff guy was great to work with and had me set up and ready to go quickly. Very reasonable rate for the trailer I rented. Will definitely use the service again.

There was no one there, at 9 AM, so that I could pick up the truck. I had to call and someone came. When I returned the truck, at 2 PM, again, there was no one there and I had to call. The 10' truck, that I rented, had no air-conditioning. It was 90° this day. When I returned the truck - the worker said it had just come back from being repaired for that same problem.
