Better communication on details of the return. Just looked at my email on computer cause email on my phone was not large enough to see. I was not aware I was suppose to scan a QR code upon return of truck. I placed truck key in U haul Box I identified myself outside of the Business.
HELEN CThe manager there is rude and ill-mannered. Yesterday I dropped off my truck two hours late, but I forgot to leave the keys, so I called the agency and they told me I could leave them today. He called me, extremely rude and yelling, demanding the keys right then and there, even though the agency had already told me I could bring them when I finished work. They shouldn't employ aggressive people like this.
