Not a thing. We have moved quite a lot over the years, and this was hands down the smoothest truck leasing experience ever. Polite staff, clean equipment, no wait time, vehicle available when needed even in this arctic weather.

Have worked with Rental Branch several times over the years. Always had a good experience. This time we used the App for U haul and that part was less than optimal. The process of using my phone to scan barcodes on my ID and at the location did not work. Would be better to just use pictures from my phone.

ronald tEntire process worked well. Really my only comment ( and it doesn't really impact the location) is simply that the truck I rented was quite old ( 178K miles ) and the shocks were clearly terrible. Very, very rough ride. UHaul needs to upgrade their fleet and retire older vehicles. But the location was great, no complaints.
KENT ABe nicer to have a paved drive and parking lot.
