No one there at opening, key and truck pick up took 45 minutes COSTING ME VALUABLE TIME AND MONEY as our movers were idly waiting. Location was far from requested site, and "customer service" agent clearly could not have cared less and stated "you agreed and signed up for this when you clicked the little box". A second reservation was rudely canceled when I was called two days before pickup and told I would not be getting the requested 20 foot truck but would be getting a 10 foot truck. When I protested that that wouldn't work, I was told "fine, I'll cancel the reservation"and was immediately hung up on. This was an absolutely terrible experience on both counts. I have no idea why your business appears to be successful when you treat your CUSTOMERS so poorly

The lot of the drop off. Is filled with pieces off log and rck and grass a weeds. Like driving in a abandonded building driveway.
