Debbie and Francisco were a pleasure to do business with but U-Haul main 800 line reservations was terrible. I originally reserved a 15 truck at a facility in Largo. Just before I got there, while I was on the phone with U-Haul verifying that I was picking truck up, they told me that no truck was available and that they overbooked reservations. They never called me! All they could do was say they were sorry. They finally found a 10' truck at the 28 Street rental location. I called Francisco at that location a d he verified that the truck was there and promised to hold it for me until I got there about 2 hours later.
