The guy was fine and we had a ok conversation. He explained why uhaul doesn't fill the fuel tanks which would make it so much easier when I need to refill the gas I used. You need to either get rid of the expensive refuel charge and expensive gas if uhaul fills the tank OR you need to just handle refilling the gas tanks on your end because it feels like you are trying to cheat us as customers.

Tom H.Friendly people working at this site. The parking lot is gravel so don't wear your party shoes. It's a little hard getting in the parking lot and exiting too but if you are cautious you'll be fine. The trailer I had was great. It did the job!
